Do Supplements even work??
Seems like there's always a supplement fad going on. Lately I hear a lot about B12 whereas last year it was all about the turmeric.
But are these actually useful? Well, that depends…
1. Supplements should be targeted and used for a specific period of time, moving on to the next as we build.
2. Quality is so important and hard to find. As a doctor I have access to higher quality supplements that are very effective.
When I create a "reset your health" plan for a client I often use supplements, but not just any supplements.
I dive deep into health history and blood work to find what is causing the problematic symptoms. From there I use targeted supplements for short periods of time to eradicate the root cause then rebuild the foundation of health.
I never have clients "just try" a supplement. I remember walking out of appointments with hundreds of dollars worth of supplements to "try". What a waste!
Who do you know that has a cabinet full of supplements but still never seen to get healthier. Supplement fads encourage people to spend lots of money on things that are not useful, are potentially harmful and take up lots of space. With little progress.
I help people cull their supplement cabinets, only use ones that are helpful for what their problem actually is, and get real results with their health! Share this with someone you know who has that supplement cabinet…
