Struggling with Fatigue…

A recent client, a mom in her 40s, had struggled to stay awake every afternoon for as long as she could remember. She had other things that bothered her about her health, but this was the one that presented and obstacle for her every day. She couldn’t get all the work done that she needed to and her fatigue got in the way of doing what her kids needed her to after school.

Since working with me the afternoons have just flown by! No fatigue, no need for a nap. She has more energy than she did in her 20s.

Fatigue usually comes with more symptoms like brain fog and pain. It is often an indicator that there are deeper, more insidious things going on with health. Being tired for no obvious reason means your body is working hard to heal things on the inside and doesn’t have enough support to do it.

It results in long term poor health and in missing out on so many things that are important and make our life meaningful. We need energy to enjoy time with our families, to go out with our friends, even to just take care of ourselves!

I’ve created a community with lots of support for those of us who struggle with fatigue and the myriad of mystery symptoms that can accompany it. You can join for free here. If you need immediate support, reply to this email. And if you know someone who is tired all the time, please share.
