Myth: "Stress is the cause of most chronic symptoms."
Reality: While stress can exacerbate symptoms, it's not the sole culprit behind your chronic pain, fatigue, and digestive issues. Or at least not the life stresses we usually think about as stress.
Inside stress is a huge part of chronic health issues...what is inside stress? It's when your genetics don't support detoxification.
It's when your blood sugar is out of balance.
It's when your vitamin D level is way too low.
It's when your gut is overrun by unhealthy flora.
All of these things make your immune system work extra hard and can result in autoimmune disorders. All of these things can be found in regular blood work by someone who is trained to see them.
Does life stress make your symptoms worse? If so, it's likely your inside stress is really high. Fortunately, inside stress is much easier to fix than outside stress.
